How Many Mugen Battles are in Digimon Survive? – Answered

If you're asking, you should be grinding

Digimon Survive isn’t over the first time you beat it. I mean, it sort of is, but there’s a lot more to dig into if you want to get the full experience. Mostly I’m talking about getting the “true” ending, but there’s some other stuff as well. Things like Mugen Recollection, which is basically a challenge gauntlet that also feeds you items to maximize your Digimon team. You may be wondering how it all works, especially how many battles are included. I got you.

Digimon Survive Mugen Recollection Guide

So, There are 30 stages in Mugen Recollection. Once you clear the last one, the count simply starts over and you can run it again for more items. But getting to that point is no joke; these battles are meant to be extremely challenging, and they are. As you go through, the enemies will get massively powerful, having stats and abilities that go beyond anything else you’ll face in Digimon Survive.

Luckily, you can alter the difficulty, and that applies to Mugen Recollection. That doesn’t mean it becomes a cakewalk though. If you needed to bump the difficulty down a notch to get through the story, you might need another notch, or simply just spend more time building your team up. It’s tough for everyone! But proportionately so.

If you get all the way to the end, your reward is the absurdly powerful Dual Strikes Crystal. This piece of equipment gives huge boosts to all a Digimon’s stats and makes all their skills execute twice as well. If you’re trying to get the most out of Digimon Survive, and “most” to you means, “maximize everything,” you’ll want to get one of these.

That’s all for Mugen battles. Just keep powering up your team and you’ll be able to get to the top eventually. And then you can really tear things up.
