Where to Find Silver Algae in Raft
Silver Algae can be picked up underwater near islands, mainly large ones, and shipwreck and plane crash islands. The rare Algae can sometimes also be found by diving near the Vasagatan (a big shipwreck), and rarely underwater around smaller islands too. To harvest Silver Algae, you will need a hook tool.
What are Silver Algae used for in Raft?
Raw Silver Algae can be consumed, but it is better to use it as a cooking ingredient for making dishes that grant some nice bonuses. Look below for some recipes.
How to Make Shark Dinner in Raft?
Consuming Shark Dinner will give a temporary bonus to the Hunger stat. To make it, you will need the following ingredients:
- Raw Shark Meat x2
- Cave Mushroom x1
- Silver Algae x1
How to Make Salmon Salad in Raft?
Aside from giving you a temporary bonus for Hunger stat, it also increases lung capacity for 10 minutes. Also, note that after the recent patch, this recipe becomes a premium one that must be obtained at the trading post. The new list of requited ingredients is as follows:
- Salmon x1
- Mango/Pineapple x1
- Silver Algae x1
- Turmeric x1
How to Make Sushi in Raft?
Eating Sushi in Raft will give you a temporary bonus to the Hunger stat. To create this dish, you will need the following ingredients:
- Raw Mackerel ≤2
- Raw Tilapia ≤2
- Egg x1
- Silver Algae x1
How to Make Silver Smoothie in Raft?

Mixing up the following items in a Juicer will create a Silver Smoothie. Drinking it will quench thirst, but other effects are unknown as of now:
