To the surprise of absolutely no one, Resident Evil 4 Remake was announced at October’s Resident Evil Showcase event. For a long time, it was known that a remake of the popular sequel that changed the game was in the works. Only Skyrim can match Resident Evil 4 in the number of different ports and versions, but even that is debatable.
As the original game from 2005 has already been ported to absolutely every possible electronic device, and as we have already received remakes of the first three games in the legendary survival-horror series, the time has finally come for the big one: Resident Evil 4 Remake. As has been the trend lately, many Resident Evil games are getting VR modes, so will Resident Evil 4 Remake have PSVR 2 support?

Will Resident Evil 4 Remake Have PSVR 2 Support?
The answer is – probably. Although Capcom did not emphasize that the game will have full PSVR support, it is clear that they will add “PSVR 2” content at some point. This may mean that Resident Evil 4 Remake will possibly have a special VR mode, which is quite a departure from Resident Evil 7 which immediately had full support for VR at the launch, or Resident Evil Village, which is getting a special VR mode a year later. Is the VR craze slowing down when it comes to Resident Evil? Time will tell.
Of course, if you really want to play Resident Evil 4 in VR right now, the full version of the original game in VR is available today. It was released in 2021 for Oculus / Facebook / Meta Quest VR or whatever they decided to call it. It is a good substitute that can keep you entertained until we learn more about the VR content in the new Resident Evil 4 Remake.
