Where to Find Citrine in Disney Dreamlight Valley

You’ll find citrine in the Glade of Trust and Sunlit Plateau. Whenever you mine the dark stones lining the cliffsides, there is a chance you’ll obtain citrine. While these stones don’t spawn in abundance, they often appear in small crevices you may not notice right away unless you search around for a while.

You’ll quickly notice that citrine isn’t guaranteed to drop from these stones. You’ll likely find only stone, coal, and iron ore. Look for rocks with yellow gems dotted around the surface if you want a guaranteed chance at finding citrine. While doing this, you may also find its shiny variant, quadrupling the monetary value.

Make sure that you bring a high-level friend who is assigned to mining. If you end up getting a citrine or shiny citrine drop, there’s a chance you’ll get two instead. The higher your friend’s level, the greater your odds of getting a double drop. If you get a second gem, you can sell it or use it in future quests.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available to play on PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation platforms through the official website.
