The Black Passion Lily is a flower exclusive to Frosted Heights. You can access this region through the Forest of Valor using one of the three northern entrances. Unlocking the Forest of Valor costs 3,000 Dreamlight, while Frosted Heights costs 10,000. In other words, you’ll need 13,000 total if you still need to open these two areas.

When you enter Frosted Heights and search for the plant, look for a black flower with a bright green, leafy stem. While you’ll initially only have a small portion of the area opened, you can break the large chunks of ice blocking the bridges after progressing through Elsa’s friendship quest line. Doing this opens a second part to Frosted Heights, where you can access more flower spawn spots.

From here, it’s a matter of finding the Black Passion Lily amongst its blue, red, green and white counterparts. If you need more for your quest, gifts or other purposes, you’ll have to return later when more flowers spawn. Collecting the other flowers in the area will also help increase your chances of a black variant respawning.
