While you’ll initially need around 85 GB to download the base game, Hogwarts Legacy may require more as Avalanche Software implements updates, DLCs and other features. However, this also means that this amount may be condensed initially but rise to 85 GB over time. Make sure to prepare for either situation beforehand!

The game releases on PC as early as February 7, 2023, for anyone who pre-orders Hogwarts Deluxe Edition or February 10 for Standard Edition players, giving some time beforehand to make any upgrades.
