Some of these inputs are already ingrained into our minds, such as the movement keys, switching weapons, attacking, and sprinting. However, there are some other inputs that you just have to remember as a Space Marine.
For one, you need to have the ability button Q jogged into your memory since it’ll save your life countless times in battle. The same goes for using Medicae Stimms (F). Parry or blocks use an awkward key (C), and you can change the input to other buttons on the keyboard. C is the perfect button for parry if you aren’t used to playing on PC because it doesn’t use any of your movement key fingers. If you want your hand to be more spread, you can change it to “B,” which is also easy to remember because it is for blocking.
Another noteworthy tip is knowing that the dodge button has two outcomes. You can press space to dodge, which makes your Space Marine step back or sidestep with a little hop. If you tap space twice, you will roll away. It is easier to dodge projectiles, especially when fighting bosses like Imurah or the Neurothrope. It does seem funny and awkward seeing how awesome the game physically portrays the Space Marine and they are also so flexible in dodge rolling non-stop.
