How to Win the House Cup in Hogwarts Legacy

The main story of Hogwarts Legacy focuses on you, as a student, learning more about your magical powers while simultaneously catching up on your studies and quelling a growing goblin rebellion. As you progress further in the story, you’ll help more and more characters and even save lives in multiple cases. All this results in your character developing a reputation as a good-doer and hero to all, even if you decide to go a more “evil” route and use dark magic.

However, these good deeds don’t reward you with house points. At least not directly.

At the very end of the story, after you defeat the final boss and reach level 34, you’ll have a final ceremony revealing who won the House Cup competition. With your contributions to stopping the goblin rebellion, your character gets 100 house points, leading to an automatic win.

In other words, by completing the main story, hitting level 34, and watching this final cutscene, you’ll win the House Cup to celebrate your accomplishments during your playthrough. You won’t find any counters or currencies indicating how many points you have. Instead, this event summarizes what you experienced and its significance to the story.

Hogwarts Legacy is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch through the official website.
