Much like the recipe for Seafood Pasta and other related dishes, you won’t have to progress too far into the game to get these items. However, you’ll have to visit the Ratatouille Realm to unlock the Chez Remy restaurant and open Dazzle Beach to pick up seashells from the coastline. While you can also visit the Moana Realm to gather shells, you’ll want to prioritize the Ratatouille one to gain access to butter.
