How to Make Cherry Pie in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Below is the complete recipe for making cherry pie in Disney Dreamlight Valley:

  • Cherries: Forage from pink cherry trees in Sunlit Plateau and Frosted Heights.
  • Wheat: Purchase wheat or seeds from the Peaceful Meadow Goofy Stall. If you plant your own, you’ll have to wait one minute for them to grow!
  • Butter: Buy from the Chez Remy pantry for 190 Star Coins.

With all three ingredients in hand, head to any nearby stove or the Chez Remy cooking station to make the cherry pie.

The hardest part of this recipe is getting your hands on cherries. You won’t find any cherry trees until you access either Frosted Heights or Sunlit Plateau. You can unlock the Plateau directly from Plaza using 7,000 Dreamlight at the northwestern ramp. Frosted Heights, on the other hand, is accessible after venturing through the Forest of Valor and forking out 10,000 Dreamlight to unlock the area.

Despite Sunlit Plateau being the cheaper and easier location, you’ll actually want to unlock Frosted Heights first if you’re specifically looking for cherry trees. This is because the cherry tree spawning areas are blocked by (currently) unbreakable obstacles. If you’re reading through this after the Scar introduction update and can progress through his questline, however, you won’t have too much trouble here. Otherwise, you can save some time by gathering the extra Dreamlight for Frosted Heights.

Or, well, you can always use the Wishing Well barrier bypass bug. It’s risky, but it still works as of publishing this article. It’s a relatively easy way to get to the Sunlit Plateau cherry trees without much issue.
