The most challenging part of this recipe is gaining access to slush ice. You can buy Slush ice at Chez Remy after completing Remy’s friendship quest line. Along the way, you’ll also get peanuts, which you can buy later in the restaurant shop. Remy’s Level 10 Friendship Quest, The Unknown Flavor, will ask you to gather Purified Night Shards and snowballs, meaning you’ll have to open Frosted Heights too.
