Where to Find the Overwatch Sniper Rifle in Cyberpunk 2077?
You will get the Overwatch Sniper Rifle from Panam after completing the Riders on the Storm side quest. You will get a call from Panam after the Life During Wartime mission, where she will ask you to help her get Saul back from the Wraiths.
Head to Aldecaldo’s camp in the Badlands to meet with Panam and get the quest started. She will propose a plan on how to get inside the camp and rescue Saul from the Wraiths. Listen to her plan, and after she’s done explaining, you will get a shard from Mitch to survey the camp.

After surveying the camp, get in the van and make your way to Wraith’s hideout. Once you reach the camp, take out the enemies silently or start blasting your way into the Security Office.
Use the computer in the office to take over the cameras in the building and look for the room where Saul is located. Go ahead and make your way down to the marked room. Get Saul and go back to Panam upstairs. She will be waiting for you in the van to make an escape.
The storm will start building up, and you will now have to go through it while the enemies trail you. While Panam drives, use your gun to take down the enemies and escape. If you make it out of the camp without alarming the enemies, you will not get chased by them.
You will now have to enter a small house to wait for the storm to end. There will be no power in the building. To turn the power back on, head to the back room and fix the breaker.
Saul will say that it is getting cold and the heater is not working. You will then have to go outside and fix the fusebox to get the heater working.
Once you wake up in the morning, go and talk to Panam to end the quest. As a token of appreciation, she will give you her sniper rifle, which is the Overwatch Sniper Rifle that you are after.
