There are all kinds of special South Park-themed items you can find around the island in Fortnite with the special Born in Chaos collaboration. One of the more powerful items is Kenny’s Respawn Token, a powerful Medallion capable of saving you from death.

Like most Medallions, this one is decently tough to get, especially at first, since you likely won’t know where to look. It’s by far one of the best items you can have at your disposal, though, so here’s how to get Kenny’s Respawn Medallion in Fortnite.

The only guaranteed spot where you can always find Kenny’s Respawn Medallion at Cartmanland, which is a theme park location that replaced Wonkeeland with the introduction of the South Park collaboration. This main POI is located near the northwest of the island, right between Tiptop Terrace and Clawsy Lodge.

You specifically need to visit the Chaosblast game, which is near the middle of this location, to earn the Medallion you seek. It’s a shooting game marked with lots of signs, so it’s fairly easy to find once you know where to look.

Kenny’s Respawn Token is also a random loot item you might find while exploring anywhere around the island or opening chests, but it’s a rare and not guaranteed drop unless you visit Cartmanland to play the shooting game for it.

How to Earn Kenny’s Respawn Token Medallion in Fortnite

You can get Kenny’s Respawn Medallion by successfully completing the shooting game at Chaosblast in Cartmanland. First, you need to activate this game, which can be done by pressing the white button right in front of the shooting range in this game.

Your goal in this game is to score a lot of points before the timer runs out. It’s unclear exactly how many you need, but the Medallion dropped for me when I reached a score of 28, so it’s likely somewhere around this number.

Once you’ve scored enough points, the Medallion will be shot out of a cannon sitting right in front of the targets. You’ll also score some other useful goodies, like some higher-quality weapons and ammo, for your efforts.

What Does Kenny’s Respawn Token Medallion Do in Fortnite?

Upon receiving a deadly blow, regardless of whether it’s by an enemy player, a deadly fall, or some other means, Kenny’s Respawn Token activates automatically to revive you on the spot. A purple portal appears above your head, and some tentacles then come out of it.

The tentacles grab you, yanking you all the way up to the sky before dropping you in a free-fall state just like the one you enter upon exiting the battle bus. Your health is restored to 100, but you’ll have no shields as if you just entered the game. It’s sort of like a Rift, except you’re saved from death when you usually wouldn’t be. Kenny’s Respawn Token is consumed after this, so you only get one respawn each time you find it.

For more South Park fun, you also might want to work on gathering Memberberries to earn the free Glider or getting the Stick of Truth to try out a powerful weapon. There are also plenty of regular missions worth tackling for XP, like talking to your fans to sign autographs, using Unstable Element, and entering a Forsaken Vow Rift Gate.
