How to Get Hellions in The First Descendant

Players need thousands of the Hellion material in The First Descendant. Hellions have ten or more recipes tied to them, including one of Ultimate Viessa and Ultimate Ajax’s Blueprints. Even if players don’t need this material anytime soon, it is best to learn where to get these, especially when you want to start completing all the Ultimate Descendants. Here’s how to get Hellions in The First Descendant.

Where to Get Hellions in The First Descendant

Hellions drop from Munitions and Resource Boxes in the Fortress region on normal and hard difficulties. As long as you go to each battlefield in the Fortress and spam the Ecive Scan to look for Munition boxes, you’ll find them easily. However, you can also hit two birds with one stone by trying to farm other materials while looking for these Munitions and Resource Boxes.

Best Hellion Farming Strategy

If you want to be a little more efficient, you can go to the Aurora Forest battlefield, as seen in the image above. In the red circle on the image, you’ll find a cave with multiple Resource Boxes and Munitions. If you are lucky, it also has a chance of an Encrypted Vault spawning.

Below the cave, there’s also a Snowy Heights mission you can finish that gives a decent amount of Kuiper Shards and resources. The mission will spawn endless waves of enemies if you don’t finish the objective and let the timer run out. If you want purely Hellions, you can teleport to the nearby outpost and switch difficulty every time you loot the cave.

You’ll also get some Reverse Charging Coils in these Munitions and Resource Boxes. It is a 50-50 drop between the two materials.

This is a long list. However, Hellions are fairly easy to get compared to those rare materials, so those high numbers aren’t that bad. You also get almost 100-200+ Hellions per Munition, so it wouldn’t take long to get enough to craft all these Blueprints.
