How to Get and Use a Crusher in Palworld

Hydro-powered crafting at its finest.

A Crusher is one of the early production structures players will build in Palworld to turn one resource into another. The tool is especially handy for creating materials when searching for them can be tedious, so here is how to get and use a Crusher in Palworld.

How to Get a Crusher in Palworld

Players can get a Crusher by first unlocking it in the Technology menu at level 8. It will require two Technology Points to unlock.

Once unlocked, players will need to build it in their base and can be found under the Production tab of the build menu. The structure needs the following materials to build:

  • 50 Wood
  • 20 Stone
  • 10 Paldium Fragment

How to Use a Crusher in Palworld

The Crusher is used to create two materials: Fiber and Paldium Fragments. While both can be found in the environment by chopping down trees or finding them on the ground, this is a more direct way to get those resources when you need them.

Fiber will require one Wood, while Paldium Fragments will need five Stone. Both ingredients are not hard to find randomly on the ground in the environment, though players can chop down trees with an axe or use a pickaxe on giant rocks to get them faster.

Select the recipe you would like to create, but you will need a Pal with the Watering trait to spin the structure up and get it going. Some of the Pals that have the Watering trait which players can capture early on include Fuack, Pengullet, and Teafant.

Simply lift them up with the button prompt and then place them at the Crusher in your base to get them to start watering. Players can also build a Watering Fountain in the base to improve watering speed, though it cannot be unlocked until level 23.
