Changing how your armor looks in Palworld requires building an Antique Dresser. This piece of furniture was introduced in the March update, but must first be unlocked.

The Antique Dresser can be unlocked from the Technology menu at level 22 for one Ancient Technology Point. Once unlocked, you can build it anywhere in your base under the Furniture tab on the build menu. It will require the following resources to build:

You should have enough of the necessary resources by the time you hit level 22. The Antique Dresser has the ability to change the appearance of both the character and equipment.

Once built anywhere on the base, interact with the Antique Dresser and choose the Change Equipment Appearance option. This will bring you to a menu where you can change the appearance of your headgear, armor, and glider without changing the stats of your currently equipped loadout.

Your armor and accessory options are limited to gear you have already built. The Antique Dresser just allows you to transmog your look and keep a static appearance after constantly switching armor pieces. You can change your look to have the shabby clothes the game first gave you, while having the stats of the endgame armor that can withstand extreme temperatures.
