To unlock Chapter 5 of A Garlic Paradise Adventure in Vampire Survivors, you must defeat a Jiva Tree in the Rotten Orchard chapter. Once you make your way to the Rotten Orchard stage, I recommend picking Mad Groove as your first Arcana because it drags the hidden upgraded whip to you (which you cannot otherwise grasp). How to Defeat a Jiva Tree in Rotten Orchard in A Garlic Paradise Adventure in Vampire Survivors

Jiva Tree is, essentially, Peppino. It’s a slow-moving tree that will attempt to chase you, and as time passes, more of them will spawn. I have discovered that they are harmless to your HP and that you do not need to actually run away from them, but only from the other enemies that appear. It should take you about three to four minutes to cut down a Jiva Tree.

Once you defeat the first tree, you should be able to just leave the run, and the achievement will count as normal. There’s nothing else to do at this stage.
