Disney Dreamlight Valley’s recent update included the introduction of Scar the Lion, a new Star Path and some Halloween quests for you to finish on the side. There are five new tasks that reward you with exclusive Halloween-themed decorations. One of the most difficult ones to figure out is Sugar Rush since, aside from having the word “Sugar” in it, it doesn’t give much information on how to finish it. If you’re interested in learning more, continue reading to discover how to complete the Sugar Rush Halloween Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
How to Complete the Sugar Rush Halloween Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To finish the Sugar Rush quest, you’ll have to eat candy! This requires you to access the Chez Remy kitchen or any nearby stove. Once you have somewhere to cook, toss in any sugar ingredient. The three options you have include Sugarcane, Vanilla, and Cocoa Beans. Just make sure you don’t throw all three in at once. You only need one at a time. You can also autofill the recipe after making your first.

There are three tiers to the Sugar Rush quest:
- Eat 15 Candies
- Eat 30 Candies
- Eat 45 Candies
After making all your candies, start eating them. Not only will you get a noticeable movement speed boost if your energy levels are high, but you’ll also finish the Sugar Rush quest after consuming the last piece.
Sugar Rush Halloween Quest Reward
To claim the quest, head to the Dreamlight category and select Village. Tap on the Sugar Rush box to finish the task and get your rewards. Since there are three tiers, you’ll get three different ones.
Below are the rewards you’ll get for each tier:
- 15 Candies: Happy Jack-O’-Lantern
- 30 Candies: Mischievous Jack-O’-Lantern
- 45 Candies: Friendly Jack-O’-Lantern
Once you get them, you can head to your Furniture menu and place them in your house or around the Valley.
