How to Free the Zora at Upland Zorana Skyview Tower in Tears Of The Kingdom

You won't need Oxi-Clean to get rid of this stain.

As you venture around the lands of Hyrule in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you’ll need to put in some extra work to unlock the Skyview Towers that jut up across the land. If you’re hoping to get a full view of the map of these lands, traveling with your trusty Purah Pad to mark out these massive landmarks is a rather exciting experience. However, you may come across some Skyview Towers that present a bit of a challenge, like the Upland Zorana Skyview Tower located near the Zora’s Domain. How do you clear out the gunk that is blocking your entrance? The answer might be right in front of you.

How To Clean Up The Mud In Front Of The Tower In Tears of the Kingdom

Once you arrive at this particular Skyview Tower, you’ll notice a large pile of gunk blocking off the entrance. No matter how many times you swing your weapon of choice, nothing will get rid of it. Looking around, you’ll also see a trapped Zora, stuck in this muddy substance asking for help. If you speak to him, he’ll mention that he needs water because the mud is stuck in his gils.

If you head past the mud on the ground, near the trees, you’ll spot the exact item that you’ll need for the job: the Splash Fruit. You can find this item at coordinates 2834, 0567, 0377. Grab all three of them off of this bush, and get ready to get to work. If you’re looking to toss these particular fruits, you’ll want to bring up the Throw menu by pressing and holding the R button on your controller of choice, and then pressing the Up Button on the D-Pad. This will bring up the menu of items you have, and you’ll just want to select Splash Fruit.

While you’re here, you may as well free the Zora trapped in the mud to get your hands on the Zora Spear weapon, which is a great ranged weapon. Just toss one Splash Fruit onto the mud that has him trapped and you’ve helped another citizen in need. Turn around once this is done and head to the entrance of the Skyview Tower.

Once you have arrived in front of your formidable foe, you’ll need to bring up your Tossable Menu once again and select the Splash Fruit to toss on this pile of dirt. Once again, you’ll only need one of them to complete this task. Once the dirt has melted away, head inside and activate the tower to clear up another portion of your map.
