How To Change Your Glider Fabric In Tears Of The Kingdom

We fly high, no lie, you know this.

Once you have finally unlocked the glider, you may be a little disappointed. Not in what it can do, because it functions just as amazingly in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom as it did in Breath of the Wild, but by how boring it looks. In a game that is all about expressing yourself and exploring the world around you, you would think that you could have something a little more exciting than a drab paraglider. Thankfully, you can! Either through unlocks via your Amiibo collection, or by earning different fabrics, you can change up the look of your Paraglider. But, how do you make this happen?

Once you have gotten to Hateno Village, you’ll want to keep an eye out for this building here, located at 3397, 2183, 0180 on your Mini Map. You’ll know exactly when you’ve arrived since this building stands out a fair bit from the rest of the shops in town. Once here, you’ll need to go inside and speak to the shopkeeper, Sayge, to get this process started.

Once you have spoken with him and listened to the sales pitch that he spits your way, you’ll receive a free piece of fabric that you can use to freshen up your glider a bit. It’s a fun piece of equipment, but if you have been scanning your Amiibo, you may have gotten some special ones. If you want to see what you could get, check this guide out for some of the fabrics.

Once you select the fabric that you would like to adorn your Paraglider with, you’ll just need to pay 20 Rupees to complete the transaction. Once you step inside the contraption that Sayge has created, you’ll be blasted into the world before you to see exactly what you have done to your glider. Once you land, you can continue on your journey, or see what else Hateno Village has to offer you.

And that’s it! If you’ve followed along with our clothing dye guide, you’ve fully completed your transformation with Link. With so many different fabrics to unlock, the possibilities of what you can create are nearly endless.
