Final Fantasy XVI has finally arrived! Following the hype generated by the fantastic free demo version, many gamers chose to jump into the full game today – and if you’re still on the fence, or you’re so entranced by Square Enix’s new action RPG that you want to get the most out of it, you can consider the spectacular big-box physical Collector’s Edition. Let’s see what Final Fantasy XVI Collector’s Edition comes with and whether it’s worth it.

The Collector’s Edition comes with additional digital and in-game bonuses:

- Additional Weapon (Pre-order Bonus): Braveheart
- Additional Accessory (Pre-order Bonus): Cait Sith Charm
- Additional Accessory (Collector’s Edition Exclusive): Scholar’s Spectacles
- Additional Digital Bonuses:
- Digital Mini Artbook (Collector’s Edition Exclusive)
- Digital Mini Soundtrack (Collector’s Edition Exclusive)
- The Realms of Valisthea 6” Printed Cloth Banners (Square Enix Store pre-order bonus while supplies last)
- Special Final Fantasy XVI Pre-Order Steelbook Case (Square Enix Store pre-order bonus while supplies last)
That would be all that comes with the physical Collector’s Edition for Final Fantasy XVI. Is it worth it? With Collector’s Edition for $350, you basically only get a fancy statue and a couple of small bonuses that you can realistically do without. But, like I always say, if you are a super-fan everything is worth it, on the other hand for casual players the Standard or Deluxe Edition will be more than fine.
