When Ranked Play went live in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, so did the ISO Hemlock, and players have been testing out the new version of the ACR. So far, the weapon seems to be a viable second option to the TAQ-56 and you will likely see plenty of them in your kill feed.
With such a new weapon, it is already hard enough to guess which attachments would create the best loadout. The ISO Hemlock, in particular, has an odd set of attachments when paired with the base stats of the weapon. This loadout guide will help you build the best version possible in MW2 Ranked Play.
COD MW2 Ranked Play – Best ISO Hemlock Loadout
One of the best aspects of the new ACR is the meld between damage and recoil control. The weapon has a ton of base control, and though the fire rate is average, each shot hits nearly as hard as the TAQ-56. However, the iron sights are terrible, so that will be addressed as well. Below you can find all the attachments you need.
ISO Hemlock Ranked Play Build:
- Muzzle: FJX Fulcrum Pro
- Underbarrel: Edge-47 Grip
- Rear Grip: XTEN Grip
- Stock: RES-2
- Optic: Cronen Mini Pro
The first thing about this build you will notice is no barrel. There is enough control to go without one, and the only decent barrel has too many negatives. Instead, we opt for an optic in the form of the Cronen Mini Pro. Because the iron sights are clunky on the ISO and we do not need a barrel, we use the dot.
To help bolster the control of the ISO Hemlock in Modern Warfare 2, we want the Edge-47 Grip underbarrel and the FJX Fulcrum Pro muzzle. There are many other attachments like the ones listed above, such as the FTAC Ripper 56, but these variants have the best stats.

Rounding out the ISO loadout are the mobility-based attachments for competitive modes. Both the XTEN Grip rear grip and the RES-2 stock will add a ton of sprint-to-fire and ADS speed that are integral to winning fights in respawn modes. Stick to these pieces in COD MW2 Ranked Play and you will be golden.
