Madden NFL 24: What is Angry Runs?
Angry Runs is one of the X-Factor abilities a player item receives in Madden 24 Ultimate Team, which gives the player an extra running boost in the game. Along with this new ability, Madden players must use the Angry Run player of the week in their respective lineups.
Additionally, MUT players must use these items, execute Angry Runs with them, and submit their best Angry Run reels to stand a chance to be featured on the NFL Network’s Good Morning Football.
Every week, Kyle Brandt, in his segment on Good Morning Football, will dub a new player item in MUT with the Angry Run ability. The player of the week who is awarded the ability enjoyed a stellar performance in real-time in the previous game week.
This all goes down on the program on a Wednesday at the same time they announce the TOTW and other drops coming for the week in Ultimate Team.
How to Activate Angry Runs in Madden 24 Ultimate Team
To activate Angry Runs in Madden Ultimate Team, you must gain 10+ yards in six plays when rushing the ball with the Angry Runs player of the week. The play will last for a limited period of three plays. Another way the Angry Runs ability will disappear is if you lose yardage on a play with that specific player.
Others in the MUT community activated the ability differently and believe Angry Runs kicks in for one yard gained every play for six plays in a row. To know that the Angry Run has been activated, the X underneath the player will turn red. Once the X-Factor ability has expired, it will turn white again.
