All Moogle Intel Emporium Locations in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth (& How to Get Moogle Medals)

Kupo!

What to Do With Moogle Medals in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth

Moogle Medals are spent at Moogle Emporiums in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, located inside Mogstools. You’ll find a Moogle Emporium in each open-world region, though you can’t just walk into a Mogstool and begin trading your Moogle Medals with the Moogle Merchant there – you must help them first by rounding up some Mooglets.

The Moogle Emporium’s Mooglet assistants are slacking off, and it’s your job to give them the kick up the butt they need to get back to work so you can actually spend the currency. Each time you help a Moogle Merchant by completing the Moogle Mischief minigame, the Moogle Emporium’s rank increases, offering better wares.

How to Round Up the Mooglets

To gather the Mooglets, you must herd them into the Moghome tree in the center of the arena by running toward them. However, as you approach them, they’ll use a variety of tricks to try and stop you, such as throwing bombs or leaving banana peels for you to slip on.

I recommend focusing on one Moogle at a time and ignoring the others until you’ve successfully pushed them into the middle rather than trying to push them all in one singular group. Otherwise, you’ll have multiple tricks to avoid simultaneously, which can be difficult.

How to Get (and Farm) Moogle Medals in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth

Moogle Medals are obtained in a variety of ways in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, including:

  • Breaking wooden and metal Shinra crates.
  • By digging up ‘?’ spots with your Chocobo.
  • From chests.
  • By playing Moogle Mischief.

The easiest way of earning Moogle Medals is by breaking Shinra crates. While these crates are found all over the world, they’re on top of every Remnawave Tower in each region, and sometimes you’ll get two or three rather than just one. I also recommend replaying the Moogle Mischief minigame by speaking to the Mooglet that appears outside of a Moogle Emporium once you complete it as you’ll earn one Moogle Medal per win, making them easy to farm this way if you put the time and effort in.

Once you reach rank 7, you’ll be given a Stuffed Moogle as a reward, which can be displayed at Johnny’s Seaside Inn after completing The Saga of the Seaside Inn side quest. You’ll also get the most adorable cutscene, which, in my opinion, makes all the hard work rounding up the Mooglets worth it.
