Behaviour took it upon themselves to measure out a distance of time between April 27 and August 5, 2023, and players on the opposite end of the Trail have been running a varied selection of Perks to make sure that nobody can escape. With continuous changes coming with every patch, it’s hard to say if these Perks will stay in their respective spots. Now that Sadako has been reworked and has become more ruthless than ever, there is a good chance that we may see more perks related to her skillset making their way onto this list the next time around.

Alongside the changes that came out with the 7.1.1 Hotfix, it seems that a few Perks may see new life, especially Coup de Grâce from the Twins now that it has been completely reworked. Is she going to finally move up from the least popular Killer? It’s hard to say right now, but thanks to her impressive set of perks, we may start seeing more of her while trying to escape our Trails.
