This week brings us currency updates, bug fixes, and more.

It’s that time of the week. You’re getting ready for another week of whatever it is you do. Who knows what this week will bring you? One thing that is for sure, though, is that with a new week comes new RuneScape patch notes. I have been looking forward to this week’s patch notes as they coincide with the new Woodcutting update! Of course, Jagex has more for us than that. Let’s see what they’ve released, updated or modified in this week’s RuneScape patch notes as of June 19, 2023.

  • Fixed an issue that would cause coins to disappear when attempting to empty your Pouch into a full Bank.

  • Players teleporting into wilderness will now get a pop up warning them about the dangers of the wilderness if they are opted into PvP.

The focus this week seems to be on currency. That makes sense, as the recent currency update had a few bugs upon release. It has been such a nice change, though, being able to purchase high-value items directly through the Grand Exchange instead of messing around with shards and the like. It seems that they have hit a few other bugs too. Plus, the Wilderness teleport warning is always useful. Especially when luring still exists in 2023.

As always, enjoy your time in RuneScape. Other updates have also gone live today. Such as the highly anticipated Woodcutting skill refresh. Be sure to check it out and earn the new best-in-slot hatchet!
