Setup:

1. Base align.
2. Show blitz.
3. User-control the FS on the left of the screen. 

This is a solid run defense that will clog up most fronts and allow you to shoot through and make plays as the user defender.

Fire Zone 2 (Zone)

Mike Will Blitz (Man) 

Setup:

1. Blitz the LB on the strong side. 

These are short-yardage run-defense plays.
