4-3 Over Defense Setups

4-3 OVER (BONUS SETUP)

Setup:

  1. Base align.
  2. Slide the D-line right.
  3. Re-blitz the DT straight down.
  4. Contain.
  5. Slide the left-of-screen LB out wide.
  6. User-control the MLB in a hook zone. 

This is more of a run-defense blitz that will slow down play action off the edge. It isn’t as universal as the 3-4, but it is always great to have another blitz depending on your personnel.
