How to get Jonny Kim’s Fingerprint in Rivage
Searching for fingerprints in the dark
Once you gain access to the Laboratory, you’re tasked with finding Jonny Kim’s fingerprint on various objects around the lab. This can be confusing, as some of the fingerprints don’t belong to him. Here is how to correctly solve this puzzle.
How to Find All Four Jonny Kim Fingerprints in Rivage
Note that there are fingerprints belonging to other researchers in the Laboratory, and scanning them can replace the prints you already found for Jonny. In this case, you need to scan the correct fingerprints again.
Fingerprint #1
The easiest fingerprint to find is on the pipe lying on the floor next to the one active computer. You can use your UV vision to find a trail of blood drops leading to it.
Fingerprint #2
The second fingerprint is also close by. Open the cabinet next to the computer where you found the pipe and inspect the microscope inside. Scan the fingerprint on it when you see it.
Fingerprint #3
The third fingerprint requires you to solve a puzzle. You first need to grab four switches around the lab, then place them to open the vault in the corner of the room. The four switches can be found in the following locations:
- Switch #1: Opposite the functional computer.
- Switch #2: In a drawer under the first switch.
- Switch #3: On the table to the left of the entrance door.
- Switch #4: On the table on the opposite side of the room from switch #3.
Once you have all four switches, head to the locked vault. You have to make the sum add up to the number displayed on the vault circuit. The number displayed is 68. You can add up to this value by filling out the first two slots in the first two rows and flipping the switches ‘On’.
This will reveal the stereoscope, and you can inspect it to find the third fingerprint.
Fingerprint #4
The fourth and final fingerprint is located on the stereoscope slides. However, you need to open the container near the middle of the room to access it. The symbol on the container is the same as the two drawings made by Raphael lying around the Laboratory. The drawings are also numbered and have a pattern on their bottom lefts.
Take screenshots of the drawings and replicate the patterns on the upper and lower sections of the container to open it.
