How to Make Balloons in Minecraft Education Edition

In Minecraft Education Edition, it is possible to make decorative balloons in several colors, but for that, you will need some items that you can only find in this version of the game.

  • Helium x1
  • Latex x6
  • Lead x1
  • Colored Dye x1

For Helium you need to open Element Constructor and craft it by setting it to Protons x2, Electrons x2, and Neutrons x1. To craft Latex go to the Compound Creator and mix Carbon x5 and Hydrogen x8. To get Carbon set Element Constructor as follows: Protons x6, Electrons x6, and Neutrons x5, and for Hydrogen: Protons x1, Electrons x1, and Neutrons x0. Lead is a rope to tie the balloon with – not a chemical element, so it needs to be found in the world, in places like Ancient City or Woodland Mansion. Lastly Colored Dye is created the same way as in the regular version of the game, you can extract it from flowers, plants, and even some monsters. When you collect several different dye colors, you can combine them to get new colors – just like in the classic Minecraft.
