While you can continue to increase the amount of items you can carry, you may find that you’re getting close to your overall limit, and it’s time to sell off some of your items. While there are many areas to explore in Starfield, there are only a few dedicated cities where you can stock up on supplies for your journey, but you’ll also have the perfect opportunity to unload some unwanted items when you arrive.

When you enter the shop menu, you may miss the small indicator in the bottom right of the screen that lets you sell off your items. Just follow the button prompt shown next to it (in this case, playing with a controller, I would press the LB button) to start selling your items. Go through, find the items you no longer need, and you’ll be ready to get back into the Galaxy with a lighter load and plenty of Credits in your pocket.

How To Sell Contraband In Starfield

Contraband can get you in a lot of trouble if you’re planning on jumping through the Galaxy, so knowing exactly how to get it out of your ship and into the hands of a helpful vendor is important.
