Where to Find the Golden Doorknob in Disney Dreamlight Valley

If you’ve been surfing the Disney Dreamlight Valley community for some time now, you may be familiar with two famous objects in the game: the mysterious golden potato and the golden doorknob. While there are few answers about the potato, the Festival of Friendship update gave us all the answers we need about the doorknob, including where to find it. Where to Find the Golden Doorknob in Disney Dreamlight Valley

The golden doorknob is important if you want Mirabel to move into the village! Acting as the key to unlocking her introductory quest, you’ll have to search around the map for it if you want to initiate this process. Fortunately, you won’t have to worry about accessing late-game areas like Frosted Heights or the Forgotten Lands. Instead, the secret is in the most peaceful and tranquil place on the map: Peaceful Meadow.

You’ll find Mirabel’s golden doorknob on the ground in Peaceful Meadow. However, the spawn spot is different for everyone. While one person may find it in the center of the area, someone else may see it near one of the Dazzle Beach entrances. I found mine beside one of the Glade of Trust ramps near a birch tree.

If you have a hard time finding it, there are two things you can try. The first is clearing out some furniture to help you see the ground better. You can also move some buildings to different areas if they block your view. The second thing is to clear out any flowers, night thorns or other obstacles that can make it harder to spot the item. This also means picking up any stray items you previously dropped!

Once you pick up the doorknob, you’ll begin the “The Golden Doorknob” quest and work toward inviting Mirabel to the Valley!
