Throughout this little adventure, you’ll detour slightly to figure out what’s going on with the mara-struck guards, leading you to collaborate with the Realm-Keeping Commission. Where to Look For the Messenger Sent by Fu Xuan in Honkai: Star Rail

You’ll have to speak to two different NPCs during this part of the quest. They’re both located in the large yellow circle on the minimap, but it’s challenging to figure out where to start with so many characters nearby and conversing about the situation.

With that in mind, your objective is to find two characters who are part of the Realm-Keeping Commission. You’ll spot the first, Guangda, standing near a fountain on the plaza’s west side. You’ll gain some intel following a brief conversation with Guangda, allowing you to search for the second person.

The second person you must find is Songyan, a Realm-Keeping Official standing with a group of NPCs near Guangda. Like before, you two will have a short conversation before Dahao from the Realm-Keeping Commission steps in and converses with you, allowing you to progress through the quest and visit the Realm-Keeping Commission Chancery.

If you ever want to talk to Guangda or Songyan again, you can go to the Realm-Keeping Commission Chancery to find them working, allowing you to speak with them and hear more about their lives. While this part isn’t required for the story, it’s a fun opportunity to get to know two characters who help you during your quests.
