Where to Find Comic Books in COD DMZ

Be the superhero you need.

We might all be on the search for the best weapons possible in the Call of Duty: DMZ, but it’s the seemingly common items that many of us spend our time looking for. Items like comic books are integral to crafting some powerful Barter Recipes like the 3-Plate Stealth Vest in Al Mazrah.

As we all know though, you only find common items when you’re not looking, or they appear at every corner when you no longer want them. To help you get past some of the search frustration, we’ll cover the best methods for finding comic books in the DMZ mode.

COD DMZ – Where to Find Comic Books

Like so many other items in this mode, there is no guaranteed spawn for the items you need much of the time. However, we can outline which spots have the best spawn rates and which ones should be avoided. For starters, comic books are only worth $100, so you won’t find them in supply crates or from taking down bosses like the Scavenger.

Your best bet to find one of the books is to search shelves. These can be anywhere but typically spawn in places like gas stations or crowded buildings. Al-Mazrah City is one of the best places to search for some easy comic book supplies. If you don’t want to deal with the chaos though, any shelves will do.

In terms of rarity, the books are fairly easy to find. There is a first-edition comic book as well that will run for about $3,500, but you can’t use it to help craft the 3-Plate Stealth Vest, which is what most players are looking for with the item—best of luck in hunting for those Barter Recipe ITems in the COD DMZ.
