It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for! Palworld has finally gotten a new update. And while it’s not the massive island-adding update we can hope to get in the Summer of 2024, it’s pretty big! Players on Steam will already have access to a brand-new raid boss, better building options, and dozens of new quality-of-life changes. But console users have one question on their mind: when will the Palworld update come to Xbox?
The answer is we can’t say for certain. But the Pocketpair Community Manager, Bucky, stated on the Palworld Discord the following after the update’s release:
“It has never taken that long, I don’t want to put a time on it but hopefully soon
It has taken more than a couple of days in the past
We’ll see”
This was in response to a community member’s question about when the Xbox’s expected release time would be. The delay seems to be related to getting Microsoft’s write-off on the update, though we have no official confirmation on that.
But beyond the reassurance that the Xbox update will likely be out in a few days, Bucky shared some additional insight about the update’s new raid boss. When a player asked how difficult the raid boss is, Bucky described the tiers as follows:
“There are different versions, the first version is pretty similar to legendries
The most difficult version is extremely hard”.
