All that is left are normal, magic, and rare items. Since most of the strongest items in the game are rare with perfect affixes and rolls, Mirror of Kalandra aims to mirror those items so another player can use the clone.

To get a Mirror of Kalandra, you must always be farming the map with the highest possible monster level at blazing speeds. The odds of getting a Mirror of Kalandra are pure speculation, but it hovers around 0.0001% or maybe even lower.

However, a player may get a Mirror of Kalandra in any content you run, including the first few acts of the campaign. In a way, you don’t even have to think about farming a Mirror of Kalandra. You have to play the game and wait.
