Jedi Survivor May 1 Update: Full Patch Notes Listed

A few fixes.

Star Wars Jedi Survivor’s performance has been a hot-button topic since its release. Players have been lamenting the game’s optimization on both console and PC. While the game’s performance is in a rough state, the gameplay and story of this Star Wars adventure have fans head over heels. There’s a new patch to iron out some of the problems. Here are the Jedi Survivor May 1, 2023 patch notes listed.

Jedi Survivor May 1 Update: Full Patch Notes Listed

The patch notes for Jedi Survivor list a bunch of fixes for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S version. The PC version of the game has a more significant patch coming down the line, but this patch will not fix a bunch of the problems PC players are stuck with.

The console patch will launch on May 2, 2023. The PC patch that launches today will improve some of the performance for non-raytraced rendering.

5/1 – PC Patch

  • Performance improvements for non-raytraced rendering.

5/2 –  PlayStation 5 & Xbox Series X|S

  • Multiple crashes fixed across PlayStation and Xbox Series X|S and various areas of the game.
  • Fixed crashes that were tied to skipping cinematics.
  • Performance improvements across PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
  • Fixed an issue with dynamic cloth inside the Mantis.
  • Fixed various rendering issues.
  • Fixed an issue with registered Nekko colors not saving.
  • Fixed an issue with registered Nekko disappearing from the stable.
  • Fixed issues with cinematic dialogue overlapping.
  • Fixed various collision issues.
  • Fixed an issue with enemy AI remaining in T Pose during photo mode.
  • Fixed a freeze that occasionally occurred while talking to Doma.
  • Fixed a bug where the BD-oil VFX did not properly render.
  • Fixed an issue where players were getting stuck inside the Chamber of Duality if you didn’t save after leaving the chamber and die.
