Resident Evil 4 Remake, like pretty much every other Resident Evil game, has its fair share of silly things to help lighten the mood. When you are up against the most disgusting biological weapons the world has ever seen, and are dealing with plenty of megacorporate espionage, you could use a good laugh now and then. One particular laugh only comes once you have dedicated your heart and soul to the experience. Here is how to unlock the Cat Ears in Resident Evil 4 Remake.

If you are striving to see Leon look like the gamer girl of your dreams, then you are going to need to invest a lot of time and effort into the remake. Not only do you need to complete the game once, but you will need to complete the game a second time, on the new Professional mode, and secure an S+ rank at the end of the game. This takes a ton of effort and will require you to be as efficient as possible. The difficulty handles most of the rank for you, but you will need to complete the game in under five and a half hours to secure that coveted S+. If that was not enough, you also have only 15 saves to do it in. Save once more, and the S+ rank will be lost.

This is an incredibly daunting task and should only be attempted if you have spent a ton of time with the remake as it is. You will need to know exactly what you need to progress the fastest, where to get it, and how to do so as quickly as possible. It is not a challenge for the faint of heart, but the reward is incredibly good. Outside of just looking silly, those Cat Ears will make all weapons you wield have infinite ammo. You will need that to blow off steam from the speed run from hell you just went through.

Cat Ears thankfully are not the only way to get infinite ammo in Resident Evil 4 Remake. Check out our guide to see all the other ways you can get an endless supply of rounds.
