There are multiple ways to unlock Sylvanas in Warcraft Rumble:

1. Unlock after reaching 10,000 Honor in PVP
2. Purchase for $14.99 in the in-game shop

To get Sylvanas for free, you can play through PVP matches until you reach 10,000 Honor. You’ll unlock PVP after reaching eight sigils, allowing you to start the grind early on. Each victory gives you 150 Honor, so expect to play quite a few matches from now until Season One ends.

Alternatively, there are two opportunities to purchase her bundles in the in-game shop: one at the beginning of season one and again at the end. Each bundle costs $14.99 or your regional equivalent and is only available for a limited time.
