To unlock Frozen Lake in Legacy of the Moonspell Adventure in Vampire Survivors, you must defeat Megalo Syuuto in the Hidden Cave Chapter. You’re thrown into a boss fight to progress your character through the story of this DLC, and we’ll explain how it’s done.
How to Defeat Megalo Syuuto in the Hidden Cave in Legacy of the Moonspell Adventure in Vampire Survivors
Megalo Syuuto spawns immediately at the start of your run, so you do not need to search for him. Also, you have nowhere to hide, and since the Hidden Cave is closed off, you’ve got nowhere to run as well. This boss fight can be finished in 90 seconds in the best-case scenario. One thing is important for this strategy: DO NOT pick Mad Groove as your Arcana; that’s where I made the mistake the first time I played the fight. Around the map, you will find about 5-7 NFTs (Nduja Fritta Tanto) in various corners. You will also find Bone, Night Sword, and Summon Night. You need to use these NFTs to defeat Megalo Syuuto. Due to this fight being early in the game, other enemies won’t bother you as much. You need to go between these NFTs and use them one by one on Megalo Syuuto. Be very careful not to push Megalo Syuuto away from the map, but if you do so, expect him to spawn from another angle and be ready to resume burning him.
Catastrophe strikes – the cave floor crumbles and Syuuto is overcome by the slight inconvenience, metamorphosing into his Oni form! Trapped in this hidden chamber, you must tame Megalo Syuuto’s unleashed power to survive.
When you finish this fight, feel free to leave the run because there’s nothing left for you to do in this cave.
