How to Respawn White Terror in the Grasslands in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth

White Terror is an enemy that’s exclusive to the Livestock’s Bane side quest posted on the noticeboard in Kalm in FF7 Rebirth. Once you’ve completed this side quest, you cannot do it again until you’ve beaten the game’s main story, as you can only redo Livestock’s Bane once Chapter Selection becomes available after the end credits.

Once you’ve unlocked Chapter Selection, you can jump back into the Grasslands and choose not to carry over your quest progress. In doing so, you can do Livestock’s Bane again and use your Assess Materia on the enemy to scan White Terror. That said, there is another way to Assess 16/16 Grasslands enemies before reaching the endgame.

How to Assess 16/16 Enemies in the Grasslands in FF7 Rebirth

You cannot complete Biological Intel: Blinded By Light in Chadley’s Combat Simulator until you’ve Assessed 16 enemies in the Grasslands using an Assess Materia. And if you missed out on White Terror and you’re stuck on 15/16, there is something you can do. Chapter 2 and 3 spoilers follow, so read on at your own risk.

Midgardsormr counts as one of the 16 enemies in the Grasslands, so you don’t need to Assess White Terror to complete Biological Intel: Blinded By Light. You encounter Midgardsormr as part of the story in the Grasslands swamp – just make sure you use your Assess Materia on it to scan it.

The fiends found in Chapter 3 also count as Grasslands enemies, so all you really need to do is progress a little further, and you’ll complete the task for Biological Intel: Blinded By Light in no time.
