More chests, more score.

Gauntlet Chests can be opened in Diablo 4 by using an Iron Key. These keys are only found in the Gauntlet, and cannot be earned outside of it in any other activity.

Iron Keys can be rewarded by defeating monsters marked with a fiery skull on the minimap. The keys must be manually picked up, and players can see how many keys they have as an icon next to the minimap.

There are both normal and gold chests in the Gauntlet. The difference is that gold chests contain Proofs of Might, which are rewards that boost your score at the end of the run.

The Gauntlet can be accessed in Diablo 4 Season 3 by visiting the longest dock at the port in Gea Kul, Kehjistan. There will be a Horn of Trials structure that can be interacted with to start the Gauntlet.

There are a few requirements before players can access it. The Gauntlet is only available in the Seasonal Realm after unlocking World Tier 4. The difficulty of the activity is similar to a Tier 70 Nightmare Dungeon, so players should have the right gear before entering.

The Gauntlet is an eight-minute run where players must kill as many monsters as possible before the time limit expires. Players are awarded a score at the end and can receive a cache of items depending on how high they rank on the leaderboard.
