How To Make Chocolate Ice Cream in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Below is the complete recipe for making chocolate ice cream in Disney Dreamlight Valley:

  • Cocoa Bean: Forage from cocoa bean trees in the Glade of Trust and Sunlit Plateau.
  • Slush Ice: Buy from the Chez Remy pantry for 150 Star Coins after completing Remy’s 10-star Friendship quest.
  • Milk: Buy from the Chez Remy pantry for 230 Star Coins.
  • Sugarcane: Buy from Goofy’s Stall in Dazzle Beach. If you grow the plant, you’ll have to wait seven minutes for it to finish.

Once you have all four ingredients, use a stove or the Chez Remy cooking station to make the ice cream.

Of these four ingredients, Slush Ice is one of the most challenging to find. This is particularly true if you don’t interact with the other characters often and aren’t too fond of questing. To unlock Slush Ice, you have to finish Remy’s entire Friendship quest line, including the one that adds peanuts to the pantry. However, this also means opening regions such as the Forest of Valor and Frosted Heights.

After you get Slush Ice, the rest of far simpler. You can buy milk from the pantry and harvest cocoa beans from the yellow-green trees in the Glade of Trust and Sunlit Plateau. Sugarcane is easily accessible from Dazzle Beach early on.

You may remember most of these steps if you’ve made vanilla ice cream in the past. The only difference between the two recipes is that you must swap cocoa beans for vanilla. The other three are the same, so if you want to make both in one go, be sure to get two of each!
