With such a massive open world, you’ll inevitably spend much time running until you land your first riding or flying mount in the game. Here is how to increase stamina in Palworld to ensure you can easily make it from point A to point B!
How to Boost Stamina in Palworld
To increase stamina in Palworld, you must place points into the Stamina stat when you level up each time. You can’t train your stamina like in other survival games by sprinting, jumping, or climbing frequently. If you don’t place a point into the stat, it doesn’t change.
But listen, you definitely want to improve your stamina in Palworld. It’s used for almost everything, from dodging in combat encounters to climbing up a cliff to narrowly avoiding drowning while swimming; you require stamina for all of it. Even gathering resources, such as mining or logging, requires stamina. It’s an ever-useful trait to bolster, especially in the early game when you’ll spend a lot of time farming.
Increase Weight Stats
On top of increasing your stamina stat upon leveling up, you’ll also want to consider dropping a few points into the weight stat. While it does not directly affect your stamina pool or regeneration, it does affect your overall carry weight. You’re not going anywhere if you pick up too many items and become over-encumbered. Your stamina becomes useless.
I always like to place two or three points into weight early on in my playthrough, as you’ll spend a lot of time carrying stone and wood back to your base before placing down resource-gathering points for your Pals. It’s not a waste of valuable stat points if it’s immediately applicable!
But even if you increase your stamina and weight in Palworld, none of it matters if you’re dealing with a black screen bug!
