Escape from Tarkov is slowly transitioning to introducing more cosmetics and microtransactions. It makes sense, as the game hasn’t had them for several years, but they are adding more every year.
However, they have also introduced limited-time cosmetics in their events and the latest event requires you to donate Twitch subs to get the limited Tranquility hideout customization. It includes a wall, floor, and ceiling appearance for your hideout, and here’s how to get it in Escape from Tarkov.
Tranquility Hideout Twitch Drop Mechanics – Escape from Tarkov Twitch Sub Event

Escape from Tarkov has a Twitch drop event where players get a Tranquility-themed hideout. The event lasts from January 27, 8 AM EST, to February 3, 8 AM EST.
There are no “free” rewards or cosmetics for this Twitch drop event, and players must get or purchase at least two subscriptions to any Escape from Tarkov streamers participating in the event. Gifting a subscription will count toward the reward, but randomly receiving a Twitch subscription from another viewer will not count.
Players can gift or subscribe to two different Escape from Tarkov streamers, which will still count toward the event. You’ll see popular streamers like Pestily, LVNDMARK, TheBurntPeanut, Stankrat, and many other creators with the “!drops” line on their titles, meaning they are part of the event. Donate to any one of these streamers, and you should get the Tranquility hideout.

How to Connect Your Escape from Tarkov and Twitch Account

While you can still get your Tranquility hideout without connecting your main Escape from Tarkov account to Twitch, connecting them to get the rewards automatically is still better. If you never connected your accounts, you’ll manually claim it from your Twitch drops page.
However, you can also connect your Twitch and Escape from Tarkov by logging into the Escape from Tarkov website. Once logged in, go to your account profile and look for the “Actions” section on the right. You’ll see a button to link your Twitch account. If your Twitch account is already linked, it’ll look like the one in the image above.
To check if you got the hideout, go to your hideout from the main menu and press the “Customization” icon in the upper-left corner. Look for any Tranquility hideout cosmetics; they should be available when you get the drop. If not, you should wait a few minutes until it updates. You can check your drop progress on Twitch to see if you’ve finished the Twitch drop event.
