Destiny 2 is a game that feels the best when you’re playing with others. So, it only makes sense that there are certain abilities and even mods that are all about sharing the wealth (and damage boosts). Radiant Light is one of those mods that prioritizes helping your allies. So, how do you get the Radiant Light mod for yourself in Destiny 2?
How to Get the Radiant Light Mod in Destiny 2
The Radiant Light Mod requires 3 Arc Energy and slots into your Class Armor. Once equipped, when you cast your Super, nearby allies will become Charged with Light. Charged with Light is a status modifier that triggers a variety of armor buffs, from causing your rocket launcher to do more damage to helping you regain Super energy. It all depends on what Charged With Light Armor mod you have equipped.
Don’t worry, it’s not a completely selfless mod. Radiant Light’s secondary effect gives you +20 strength, which reduces the cooldown for your melee ability. That makes it perfect if you and your allies are frequently within punching range of the enemies.
But if you want to add this mod to your collection, you might find yourself waiting a long time. As of 2023, it can be obtained only in one place. You’ll need to head to the Tower’s Annex and speak to Ada-1, the Exo gunsmith and keeper of the Loom. Her room is almost opposite to the Drifter’s and her refined, monochromatic lodgings are the opposite of his in every way. She even has porcelain armor.

Speak to her, and you’ll find that she sells a variety of Armor Mods on a daily rotation. Yes, unfortunately, Radiant Light isn’t always in the shop. You’ll have to come back every day and check. And with Ada-1 only having 4 Armor Mod Slots in her shop, and there being a total of 288 Armor Mods available in the game, it’s possible you’ll be waiting for a long time.
