The Rabbit Toy is probably the most out-of-place item in Amnesia: The Bunker, but I assure you it’s a crucial item in the game for both the lore and for ending the game. On the other hand, you might miss it and finish the game without it, but you miss out on a lot of stuff by doing so, so it might be a good idea to learn how to get the Rabbit Toy in Amnesia: The Bunker. In order to fill that void, I’ll be glad to show you where to find the Rabbit Toy. It’s hiding in plain sight, really!
Where to Find the Rabbit Toy in Amnesia: The Bunker
For this, it’s good to consult our Detonator Handle article, especially the part when you actually get to the Detonator Handle, because there hides the Rabbit Toy. Allow me to present to you the map of the Roman Tunnels, as a refresher.
When you look at the west (left) part of the room where the Detonator Handle is, you can see a yellow mark. There’s the secret passage. Come on in, don’t be scared! You’ll just need to move some obstacles blocking your path. Check out how the passage looks in the screenshot I’ve made below:
As you finish crawling out, you’ll see some amazing scenery, and inevitably, next to the puddle of water, a Dog Tag of a late soldier you knew, and a Rabbit Toy next to it. I’ve made a screenshot for this as well so that you do not miss these.

How to Use the Rabbit Toy in Amnesia: The Bunker
The Rabbit Toy is used in a simple fashion: You get it out of your inventory by equipping it, and then you toss it in front of The Beast, in order for the Beast to grab it and have a sentimental moment with it (that earns you an achievement).
You can also use the Rabbit Toy later for something more devious near the end of the game (do not click if you do not want to get spoiled).
How to Reclaim the Rabbit Toy in Amnesia: The Bunker
One of the achievements is to reclaim the Rabbit Toy. You can do this by tossing the toy to the Beast within the Bunker premises and letting him run off by hiding somewhere.
