How to Get the Gavin Michaels Palafin in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
In February 2023, Gavin Michaels dominated the Oceania International Championships with a team that took full advantage of some of the best new additions to the Pokemon series. And chief among those Pokemon was his Palafin, who rocked up to the show and helped Gavin Michaels claim the Pikachu-styled trophy.
And now, for a limited time, you can get a Palafin styled after Gavin Michaels’s.
During the Europe International Championships stream, a code distributed that will allow any trainer to claim their own Palafin. That code is: 0C1CV1CT0RGAV1N.
To use this code, load up your Pokemon Scarlet or Violet game. Then, open your main menu and select “Poke Portal”.
Scroll to the bottom and you’ll see “Mystery Gift”. Once you select this, you’ll be presented with four different options:
- Get via Internet
- Get with Code/Password
- Check Mystery Gifts
- Check Poke Portal News

Select Get with Code/Password.
On the next screen, input the code above (0C1CV1CT0RGAV1N) and submit it. You’ll get a bright golden animation and Palafin will join your team!
But this isn’t just any Palafin. You can expect it to have Gavin Michaels’s Palafin’s moves, which are: Jet Punch, Wave Crash, Haze, and Protect. It will also be holding Mystic Water, as it did in the Oceania International Championships.
This Palafin will only be available until April 17, 8:00 PM EST, so don’t dawdle and claim it as soon as you can.
