In FF7 Rebirth, Exquisite Beast Spines can be obtained from a variety of fiends encountered in the Corel Region. However, being a 4-star rarity material, collecting them won’t come easy. Here are some of the fiends you can find Exquisite Beast Spines from:

Noticing a theme here? You can test your luck and hope for Exquisite Beast Spines to drop after defeating these enemies, but the most reliable way to farm for them is with the Morph materia.
How to Get Morph Materia in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth (FF7)
Thankfully, getting your hands on Morph materia is simple and, if you’ve made it to the Corel Region, you’ve had access to it for quite some time.
Morph materia can be purchased from various materia vendors around the world, but you can get your hands on one as soon as you meet Chadley in the Grasslands Region in Chapter 2.
Once you’ve unlocked the ability to scan Intel around the regions for Chadley, you simply need to accrue 20 Intel points in the Grasslands, which you’ll receive just by scanning the first tower he leads you to. Chadley will exchange a Morph materia for those 20 points, and you’ll be ready to start transforming monsters into various items.
To use Morph materia properly, you must drastically reduce your target’s health without killing them. We’d recommend using characters like Barret, Tifa, or Yuffie so that you’ll have better control over your basic attacks and can whittle a fiend’s health down carefully.
