New camos aren’t just added through the DLC weapons that arrive with each update in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2. Season 2 Reloaded brought us the second part of the Path of the Ronin event, and with it, we have some fresh camos like the Bowing Blossoms.

You’ve likely already seen the Winds of Ash camo, which is the base version of the event reward, and it’s supposed to be a call back to the classic Cherry Blossom camo we all recognize. But you can get a mastery version called the Bowing Blossoms camo, and we’re here to help you unlock it for MW2 or Warzone 2.

COD MW2 and Warzone 2 – How to Unlock the Bowing Blossoms Mastery Camo

Path of the Ronin part two has one challenge for each weapon class that involves kills or headshots. Each time you complete the challenge, such as 75 headshots, you’ll unlock the Winds of Ash camo for that weapon class. In total, there are 10 challenges for 10 different classes. You can find all 10 challenges below.

Path of the Ronin Winds of Ash Camo Challenges:

  • Assault Rifles: Get 125 headshots (eliminations)
  • Battle Rifles: Get 75 headshots
  • Submachine Guns: Get 100 headshots
  • Light Machine Guns: Get 75 headshots
  • Shotguns: Get 50 headshots
  • Marksman Rifles: Get 50 headshots
  • Sniper Rifles: Get 50 headshots
  • Handguns: Get 30 headshots
  • Melee: Get 30 kills from behind
  • Launcher: Get 40 kills

Once you’ve completed each challenge, you’ll unlock the Bowing Blossoms mastery camo for use on any weapon that you want in the game. You’ll also unlock a weapon charm that appears to have an engraving of the Ronin Operator that follows the Season 2 theme of COD MW2 and Warzone 2.

Ranked Play and Raid Episode 2 both have new camos that can be unlocked for all weapon classes as well. Needless to say, it seems like camos will start being regular rewards, and we can likely expect more of them in Season 3.
